Limitations or Disadvantages of RPA
- Bot is limited to the speed of the application.
- Tasks that require judgments and creativity can not be automated.
- Even minor changes to the applications will need the robots to be reconfigured.
Advantages of Implementing RPA
- Use existing IT infrastructure with out making changes to the current systems and databases.
- Reduce cost (by implementing RPA, it will be 1/3rd of FTE).
